This note is to announce that the 2006 Power System Conference and Exposition will be moving to the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel. The venue has been changed since the Marriott Marquis will be undergoing major renovations to their meeting space during the dates of PSCE, 29 October-1 November 2006. To eliminate the disruption that would be caused by the renovation of the meeting space that week, the PSCE leadership has relocated the conference to the newly renovated Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, located in the same area of Atlanta, just 2 blocks away from the original hotel.
There are no changes to the exhibit floor layout and the technical program. The previously assigned dates and times for all sessions, tutorials, and tours have not changed. The only change is the location. E-mails with details will be sent shortly to all exhibitors, registrants, hotel guests, corresponding authors, and session chairs. All conference registration fees and hotel rates remain unchanged.
