Papers must be prepared in accordance with the procedures outlined in the PES Publications Guide, which is part of the PES Authors Kit available at the PES web site (www.ieee.org/power). Complete manuscripts are to be submitted electronically via the PES 2011 Paper Submission web site:

The submission site will be available for paper submissions beginning the week of July 16, 2010 through the week of September 30, 2010. Final decision on acceptance or rejection of the papers will be conveyed to the authors between November 30, 2010 and December 3, 2010.
At least one author of each paper must register for the meeting and pay the appropriate fee before an accepted paper will be released for publication in the 2011 PES PSCE Proceedings or scheduled for presentation during a Super Session, or panel, paper, poster sessions.
*Papers may be revised and resubmitted ONLY at the request of the Technical Committee Program Chairs (TCPCs).
